Passengers that travel through Lima’s Jorge Chavez International Airport pay more in airport taxes (TUUA) since March 2009. The tax for international departures was raised to US$30.74 or S/. 86.07 (Nuevo Sol), and for national flights it came up to US$7.34 or S/. 20.55.
