Peru was awarded,
for the fourth consecutive year, as the South America’s Leading Culinary
Destination 2015 by the World Travel Awards in a ceremony hosted at Mazagan
Beach Resort in Morocco. The organizers of the event pointed out that Peru has
consolidated itself as a gastronomic reference in Latin America and the World,
hence the interest in visitors to Peru in experiencing it’s culinary art. Therefore,
the number of travel packages to Peru offering gastronomic tours, as an
important part of the journey, is growing.
