The next Mummy movie may be shot in Peru

Producers at Universal Studios are considering the location for the next Mummy movie somewhere in Latin America; in a place with millenary traditions. Recently, director Rob Cohen talked about the importance of Peru’s cultural legacy, mentioning the Inca and the pre-Inca cultures that flourished in this part of the continent, which have produced many mummies. He said that they are studying the possibility of producing the fourth movie in Cusco.
